• Bribery
• Corruption
• Sanctions Evasion
• Financial Crime
• Tax Evasion Schemes
• Unauthorized Financial Services

Korven One may not be used for transactions involving:

• Illegal Drugs
• Counterfeit Goods
• Stolen Property
• Human Exploitation
• Illegal Gambling
• Fraudulent Investment Schemes
• Ponzi Schemes
• Pyramid Schemes
• Money Mule Activity
• Unlicensed Financial Services
• Illegal Weapons
• Terrorist Organizations

Korven One may update this list periodically.

Certain industries may require additional review, approval, or enhanced compliance controls before access is granted.

Korven One reserves the right to approve, restrict, or reject businesses in high-risk industries.

Users may not:

• Circumvent platform controls
• Manipulate transactions
• Abuse promotions
• Create fake accounts
• Use stolen credentials
• Interfere with platform operations

Developers may not:

• Circumvent API limits
• Reverse engineer platform security
• Abuse sandbox environments
• Expose customer information
• Create deceptive integrations

Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Introduce malware
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Interfere with security systems

Security incidents may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Users agree to provide information reasonably requested by Korven One for:

• KYC Reviews
• AML Reviews
• Fraud Investigations
• Security Investigations
• Regulatory Requirements

Failure to cooperate may result in restrictions or termination.

Korven One may monitor platform activity to:

• Detect fraud
• Detect abuse
• Protect users
• Protect platform integrity
• Support legal obligations

Korven One may take actions including:

• Warning Users
• Restricting Accounts
• Delaying Transactions
• Suspending Accounts
• Terminating Accounts
• Reporting Illegal Activity

Korven One may update this Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published through Korven One Services and website.
