Korven One reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

Users authorize Korven One to process transactions submitted through the Services.

• Maintain accurate business information.
• Comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

Korven One may suspend merchants engaged in prohibited activities.

Developers using Korven One APIs agree to:

• Protect API credentials.
• Use APIs only for authorized purposes.
• Comply with documentation and rate limits.
• Protect user data.

Korven One may suspend API access for abuse or security concerns.

Use of Korven One is also governed by the Korven One Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Korven One may collect and process personal information as described in that policy.

Korven One may:

• Monitor transactions.
• Conduct compliance reviews.
• Request additional information.
• Freeze or restrict accounts where required by law or risk controls.

Users are responsible for:

Korven One makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or availability.

You agree to indemnify and hold Korven One harmless from claims arising from:

• Violation of applicable laws.
