KYC

Customer identification is performed at onboarding and refreshed on a risk-based schedule. See our KYC Policy for details.

AML

Our AML program includes transaction monitoring, suspicious activity reporting, and coordination with the Financial Intelligence Unit as required.

Risk Management

A dedicated risk function evaluates merchant, transaction, and treasury risk continuously and adjusts controls, limits, and reserves as needed.

Sanctions Screening

Customers and counterparties are screened against OFAC, UN, EU, and applicable Haitian sanctions lists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.

Audit Controls

Financial and operational activity is logged with segregation of duties, dual approval for treasury actions, and periodic reconciliation with banking partners.

Governance

Compliance is overseen by a designated Compliance Officer reporting to executive leadership, with policies reviewed at least annually.
